Reviews and Ratings
My stay was a mixed bag. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the ski hills and the village, which I loved. However, the room was quite dark, and cleanliness was a concern with Covid-19 still present. On the plus side, the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, but I faced issues with the service when it came to my condo upgrade. Overall, I think there are some great features, but a few areas need more attention.
The hotel has a wonderful greenspace that was perfect for taking my puppy out, which I really appreciated. However, the room itself was disappointing, especially considering I paid a lot more than I could have through Orbitz. The service was a mixed bag; while they were quick to respond, my experience with the room upgrade was frustrating. The location is close to Blue Mountain Village and ski trails, making it convenient, though it wasn't quite central to all activities.
I had a decent stay at the hotel. The location is nice and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. The staff was excellent, super friendly and always eager to help. On the downside, the dining experience was quite disappointing due to limited breakfast hours and expensive, overcooked meals. While the rooms had beautiful views, they didn't meet the level of comfort I'd hoped for.
I had a decent stay at the hotel with clean rooms and a friendly staff. The location was absolutely perfect for skiing and exploring the village, making it easy to get around. However, the dining options were quite limited and rather expensive, plus the pool area could use some cleaning. Overall, it felt a little pricey for what you get.
The hotel is situated in a great location, just a short walk from the village and ski trails, which I loved. My room had a nice view of the blue mountain and was overall clean and comfy. However, I was disappointed by the noise from the live bands playing each night until 2 AM, and there were a few missing amenities like an ice bucket. The service was friendly, but I had issues with my booking that could have been handled better. Overall, while the location is excellent, the experience was marred by some drawbacks.
